This return policy covers products purchased only on the ESR webshop site and describes ESR practices with return policy.
It is possible to avail of the return policy just from the moment you have received one or more products purchased from ESR webshop site https://www.esr-shop.com/.
It is not possible to avail of the return policy just during the period from submission of the order to the shipment. Therefore, before submitting your order, please make sure that your order is correct.
Any return or exchange that does not meet mentioned criteria will not be eligible, the decision on the matter will be at the discretion of ESR.

Customer has a right to choose:
- Exchange product
- Return paid amount to original method of payment
- Return paid amount as a Store Credit
- Repair product (if the product is faulty)

Return of the goods
- DO NOT write on the packaging
- ONLY use clear tape on the packaging
- The sales packaging must be wrapped before you send the item(s)
- The item(s) must be received by us so that it can be sold again as a new item(s)
- When you return to us, it is important that the original packaging is intact
- Remember to enclose the return slip or a copy of the order confirmation
If you damage, sign on or lose the packaging, this is a reduction in the value of the goods and therefore the price will be deducted when returning your goods.
As a minimum, if the original packaging is damaged, up to 40% of the price of an item, or returned without original packaging.
So it is important to pack the item, with the original packaging, well – either in a cardboard box or with bubble wrap if you want to return an item.
Clear tape must be used on the original packaging!
Goods must be always be returned and received by ESR in at least the same condition as when they were sent from our web store location. Therefore, we ask you to ensure that the item is securely wrapped.
We do not receive packages sent to a post office or parcel shop.
If the item(s) has been actually used and it has been damaged while you were in charge of it or you have not followed the restrictions in the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type etc. that cannot be sold after opening/using, are without right of return.
If the item has been unopened / unpacked / unused or the packaging is undamaged, the extended 14 day return right expires, and we process the return in accordance with the trading conditions.
- Not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase? We are happy to accept returns and refunds on items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Products that show signs of excessive age, abuse, or improper handling may be rejected.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back to us and get a full refund or the same product.
- If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
- If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your product back to your original payment method.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 work days. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it is all done.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that ESR will retain shipping fees.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER ?
Keep the original packing of the product and make sure that the product is unused and in the same condition that you received it in original shape, undamaged, unscratched etc. Than pack it together with paper receipts or invoice in the shipping envelope or box.
If the product is damaged or defect, please take a photos and send it as soon as possible to email@example.com .
CAN I RETURN TWO OR MORE ORDERS TOGETHER ?
We follow a simple rule: only items from the same order can be returned together in one package. By following this, your return will be processed more easily and you will receive your refund in time.
