Shipping and delivery
ESR takes the shipping policy very seriously with the purpose of ensuring that its service and features are trustworthy and professional both for its own and for customers interest. We take pride in our products. Your order is important, which is why ESR wants to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition. Our shipping is strategically divided in geographical area and type of packages in order to optimize delivery time and costs while maximizing the service. Our strategic partnership allows us to provide discounted shipping rates to our customers. Shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout according to the weight of your order and delivery location. ESR Shipping Policy applies from the moment in which ESR entrust a third party in charge for the delivery service with your order.
Shipping information
Delivery time depends on shipping methods and they are usually showed and explained during the purchasing process. All products are shipped from Denmark. Please acknowledge that delivery in some countries could delay especially in some periods of year, and that is completely beyond ESR control.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or due to illness, shipping your order may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
ESR is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Click and Collect
Click and Collect option is only available for customers from Denmark.
Click and Collect order(s) is free of shipping fees.
if you make order with Click and Collect shipping, you will receive notification that your order is ready to collect, and instructions about how to do so. You can pick up your order same day or in the next working days from our store.
Arrange shipping yourself
Arrange shipping yourself option is available for all customers that want to purchase from www.esr-shop.com.
Arrange shipping yourself order(s) is free of shipping fees.
If you make order with Arrange shipping yourself, you will receive notification that your order is ready for pickup with courier that you arrange yourself. ESR team will provide you information according to box weight and dimensions. Once you have arrange the shipping/pickup your duty is to sent us a email with shipping label and information for pickup date and time (please note that the pickup can be done only in the working hours Monday – Friday from 09:00-17:00h). ESR team will attach the shipping label to the box and will inform you once again that the order is fully ready for pickup.
Once order is picked from our location in Gladsaxevej 341, 2860 Søborg, Denmark, we will inform you via email.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of Europe. If you want to order from us, but you are located outside of Europe, please contact us at info@esr-shop.com and we will help you to proceed your order.
Delivery
When package(s) has arrived, please inspect the packaging of your product(s) at the moment of arrival, if you notice any damage you should report it to our email support@esr-shop.com and send picture of damaged product(s) and ESR will process your request and inform you via email about the status of your claim. If you need further information about returning product(s) please check the dedicated section ESR Return Policy.
Damage
If the Customer receives a shipment that is damaged, a complaint must be submit no later that 24 Hours, or the next working day – after receiving the shipment. If there is a hidden damage, the complaint must be submitted within 7 days.
The Customer in both cases, need to provide the following information to ESR customer service email at support@esr-shop.com :
- A detailed description of the contents and outer packaging
- Picture(s) of the damaged goods
- Clear picture of the AWB number/label of the parcel
- Outer packaging must be keep
Change or review of shipping policy
ESR reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If ESR makes any changes to this shipping policy, we will post the revised shipping policy here.
