If you wish to return an item(s), you must do the following:

Find your order

Find your order or fill the information if you have received your order more than 14 days

Fill out the return slip

Fill out the return slip, and you will receive automatically shipping label with details

Prepare goods for return

Pack the goods and place the return slip inside, than attach the shipping label to the box

Send the package

Send return package to the nearest Parcel Shop or deliver yourself to our warehouse location

Return of the goods

  • DO NOT write on the packaging
  • ONLY use clear tape on the packaging
  • The sales packaging must be wrapped before you send the item(s)
  • The item(s) must be received by us so that it can be sold again as a new item(s)
  • When you return to us, it is important that the original packaging is intact
  • Remember to enclose the return slip or a copy of the order confirmation



  • Not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase? We are happy to accept returns and refunds on items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Products that show signs of excessive age, abuse, or improper handling may be rejected.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back to us and get a full refund or the same product.
  • If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
  • If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your product back to your original payment method.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 work days.  We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it is all done.
