ESR takes the warranty and complaint policy very seriously with the purpose of ensuring that its service and features are trustworthy and professional both for its own and for customers’ interest. We take pride in our products.
The information written in this page are related to the ESR warranty and complaint and they are valid just for the customers who received their order from the ESR official webshop site https://www.esr-shop.com/.
The customer has a 2 years right to make a complaint about faulty products, bought in https://www.esr-shop.com/. All complaints should be filed to https://www.esr-shop.com/rma-request-form/ or firstname.lastname@example.org. The Customer must provide photos, description and order number or invoice number. ESR team will help with repair or replacement, if the error has not occurred as a result of incorrect use of the product. After 2 years, the Customer may no longer make a complaint. If the product fault appears more than 12 months after delivery, The Customer must prove that the product fault or cause thereof was present when the product was delivered. If the product is faulty ESR will repair the product, exchange for a new one or refund the price for the product.
The Customer has the right of 14-day cooling off period if a product is sold by ESR webshop site https://www.esr-shop.com/. The 14-day cooling-off period starts when the product is received. Exemptions to the right of withdrawal applies to products which are specifically designed for customer needs, further purchase for less than 350 dkk and goods sealed for hygiene reasons.
Complaint about heavier and larger goods
Larger and heavier goods are cockpits, seats and rigs. All complaints about larger and heavier goods must be photo-documented, which is sent to the Customer service at email@example.com together with an invoice. ESR will not take a position on a complaint without pictures of the error.
Warranty policy applies to all products purchased by the ESR webshop site. The Customer has the right to make a complaint about a fault on the product purchased from ESR webshop site https://www.esr-shop.com/ , within the time limit within two years from receiving day. After two years the Customer may no longer make a complaint.
Change or review of the Warranty and complaint policy
ESR reserves the right to modify this warranty and complaint policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If ESR makes changes to this warranty and complaint policy, we will post the revised warranty and complaint policy here.
