You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add to card, or login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summery to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

Our online system will ask for all the important information you should submit.

VAT is included in all prices in our online shop.

If your order is in process and have not be delivered,  you can contact us via email or you can call us. If you have an account you can go to your account and change all your contact information.

Yes, you can pay with invoice.

If you want to cancel your order please do it soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact support@esr-shop.com.

You can also send order to info@esr-shop.com . You can also order by calling. Online order is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime.

All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the product and quantities.

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or due to illness, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products you order. Some products need to be shipped on pallet. These pallet shipments have a higher shipping fee. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically on the checkout.

You can easily change your shipping address on your account or during the chechout process if you need.

Yes, you can organize shipping or pickup yourself. 

 

Select your preferred shipping option at checkout in the shipping Method section, where you will see options, “Click & Collect” and “Arrange shipping yourself”.

 

Once your order is processed and completed, we will contact you to arrange for a shipping/pickup with details that you will need to share with your shipper of choice.
